DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS

These delivery instructions are designed to help make the delivery process as smooth as possible. We kindly ask that all delivery drivers and teams follow these protocols to help ensure the safety and privacy of all parties as well as making our event chaos-free!

RULE 1:

When knocking please introduce yourself as Citychurch. This will help eliminate any confusion and make them much more likely to answer the door.

RULE 2:

Please do not go inside people's homes. This is to help ensure the safety and privacy of everyone involved.

RULE 3:

Please use discretion and be mindful when taking photos. Please help protect the families privacy while making deliveries.

RULE 4:

Regardless of what you may see, be gracious. Understand that each family on our list has a need and sometimes it's not money.

IF NO ONE IS HOME:

(do not deliver boxes to another location)

1. Call number on the box, and then leave box on the porch.

2. Take a photo with label facing forward and send photo to:
